If you are lucky you might see him. If you are looking you may find, that this is where C.W. Stone spends most of his time: at *The Executive Offices* of C.W. Studios working hard for the dreams he wants to see come true. C.W. not only writes full-time, but also has projects at different “Sound-Stages” of development. His work is inspired by music, and he hopes to work with musicians and filmmakers to bring his stories to the screen. His keen ear for music, taste for film; and eye for fashion, style, art, design, health, well-being, and lifestyle, makes his portfolio and Studio one to be reckoned with…

Education

~San Jose State University~ 2010-2014

C.W. studied business here, with a focus in management, radio, television & film. He wrote his first screenplay in these halls. He also was and still is, a proud member of Sigma Chi Fraternity, and cherished his time there and at the University very much.

Writers Boot Camp

After graduation, he moved down to Los Angeles and sought out screenwriting on his own, until entering into professional screenwriting, studying under Jeffrey Gordon at Writers Boot Camp. He is still involved in the program and writes as much as he can.

2018-2022

Writers Boot Camp is an intensive screenwriting program which has launched writing careers of professionals at the highest levels of film and television through intensive support and consulting.

WBC has supported Oscar, Emmy, and Tony award winners with hundreds of A-list writing credits to their name, including thousands of hours of produced movies, television series, and books/novels published. They support C.W. in his own writing as well as filmmakers, actors, producers, executives, and content creators worldwide. C.W. is connected with the WBC creative community and top alumni.

About

C.W. Stone grew up in San Jose, California where he was born and raised with a deep love and passion for film. At 16 years old, he began working at Winchester Century Theaters, one of California’s oldest film landmarks and longest standing movie-domed locations. He spent his youth in the ever-expanding suburbs working with film, while simultaneously consuming popcorn, candy, and soda… a thing which every good American boy or girl should do. After studying business and film at San Jose State University, he went to straight to work in the entertainment industry. He learned the ins and outs at TriCoast Worldwide Studios, where he took on many jobs including script reader, post-production coordinator, P.A. (production assistant), gaffer (lighting technician), and a member of the camera/film crew. There he wore many hats, visited film markets, film festivals, and worked closely with the Sales Agency team to buy and sell feature length film to purchasers and distributors on many different entertainment platforms. C.W.’s favorite past time is watching, hearing, feeling, writing, making, thinking, talking, debating, producing, smelling, touching, and tasting, movies… He has watched them with great respect and admiration in his youth and will do so until he is 100 years old.

Today it still remains one of his favorite things to do – no, not grow old… watch movies! Now, he brings his own Studio to your door, and a brand new movie experience and lifestyle to your feet.

Note: 1 to 2, to even 3 movies a day since he was 16. That’s 10+ years of film experiencing.[(10+YEARS)X(365DAYSINTHEYEAR)X(MOVIES)] = a ton of movies. That’s 7000+ titles under his belt, and a decade of movie watching expertise, not to mention his writing, filming, editing, etc. Some would say he’s an expert. If you asked him, he would say…nothing, and then return to watching…
