Soundstage 5: The Collaboration 

On the next Stage here at the Studios reveals to be the longest most arduous process, and perhaps the most difficult of C.W.’s vision. Moving forward with support and all necessary rights of the musicians and their music, then comes the development of what will become a major motion picture. This would be the moment in time where industries can come together on a grand scale to really make something great come to life. To be more specific, it would mean creating more buzz, finding financing, and attaching actors, producers, directors, executives or studios to join C.W. Studios for a partnership. A collaboration in making a feature full-length film and continuing on with his movement. All these pieces will need glue, and strong glue at that. What better glue for the man, and man for the glue, than one who wants to get his fingers sticky and his feet wet.

There’s no man better for the job than C.W. himself. As writer and producer of his own work, his stories and his tenacity will become the glue that will gather and hold all of the necessary pieces in place. And just like his chocolate bars, he will make something that will last…with a secret recipe and such great taste!

Oh doesn’t he just have the greatest taste?

This may look challenging, but if you know C.W. Stone at all, you know that there is not a more ambitious and passionate man on the planet who will strive for his favorite music and vision to come to fruition on film. A kind, trustworthy man who’s greatest virtue is patience and persistence. A man who knows the continuous struggle, but has learned to fall in love with the process. He has faith in what it takes to see his work realized and won’t stop until he sees his dreams achieved.

Just like good things come to the ones who wait, all it takes for a leap of faith like this one, is a little push.

Once talent, a director, necessary producers, financing, studios, distribution, marketing, advertising, all inherent rights, and the musician’s support are attached, C.W. Studios can move forward into development and pre-production of his work. Then, he will have in his hands, his script, and enough leverage to gain any more support he may need from outside studios or distributors for his feature film.

This is where collaboration steps up to a whole new level. Beyond the music and the writer, the project will get bigger and welcome in filmmakers and industry professionals who will take it to the finish line and to its big push to the end. Collaboration between music and film industries is what C.W. and his Studios hope to achieve so that the planning and further development of the script and project, can head into pre-production, production, post-production, and distribution. Filmmaking is the most collaborative process in the whole world and the production of his feature film would not only bring closure to the artists and collaborators who have worked on it from the beginning, but also, would mean the release of the project to meet the world. A chance for his work to meet the ever-expanding music and film communities at large.
